Natalie offers three self defense class options:

Scheduled Self Defense classes- through the City of Auburn.

These classes are scheduled periodically and will take place through the City of Auburn Parks and Rec Center at one of there facilities.

You do not have to be a resident of Auburn to join these classes; however, you must create an account and register through the Parks website. Click here to register.

Group Self Defense classes – 2 HOUR CLASS

These classes are scheduled as desired by individual groups or clubs. They can take place at the groups convenience and place of choosing (Natalie will come to you!). These classes can also take place through the City of Auburn (if the group desires).

These classes are $20 per participant. There is a minimum of 5 participants per group. However, if you do not have five members in your group, contact us and we can meet your needs!

Family Self Defense classes – 2 HOUR CLASS

These classes are for families with kids. They will help children (and parents) learn important information and self defense moves if a situation arises.

These classes are scheduled as desired by individual families. They can take place at the your convenience and place of choosing (Natalie will come to you!). These classes can also take place through the City of Auburn (if the family desires).

These classes are $100 for a family (3 or more). There is a maximum of 6 of participants per family. However, if you have more than six members in your family, contact us and we can meet your needs!

Individual Self Defense classes – 1 1/2 -2 HOUR CLASS

These classes are for individuals looking for private self defense instruction.

These classes are scheduled as desired by the individual. They can take place at the your convenience and place of choosing (Natalie will come to you!). These classes can also take place through the City of Auburn (if the family desires).

These classes are $50 for each participant.
