We educate and counsel clients on a variety of health services including individualized or group nutrition counselling; healthy meal planning; exercise education and fitness plans; and self-defense classes..
Family First is just what the name implies, we put family first. Natalie is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Fitness Instructor, and a Certified Behavior Change Specialist.
As a busy mom, she knows how it is to manage your diet, prepare healthy meals, and try to find time to exercise while working (inside and/or outside your home) and putting your family first!
She can help create doable lifestyle changes for you and your family to live healthier lives.
