Counselling Plans

Nutritional Education / Counselling Overview– $50 ( 30-45 minute session with Natalie)

Before meeting, Natalie will review Preliminary Assessment

Session will include:

  • Basic Nutrition Education to meet dietary needs
  • Discuss recommended caloric intake analysis based on current Ht, Wt, lifestyle habits. Review sample diets and meal building.
  • Build a diet that fits your needs.
  • Additional Topics Discussed: Reading Food Labels; Amount of Macronutrients needed (Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat) based on Goals; Amounts of Vitamins and minerals needed in Diet; Portion Control

Nutritional Counselling Plan (Individual )– $150 (3 Thirty-minute sessions with Natalie)

Before meeting, Natalie will review Preliminary Assessment

Sessions will include:

  • Discuss recommended caloric intake analysis based on current Ht, Wt, lifestyle habits. Review sample diets and meal building.
  • Build a diet that fits your needs.
  • Additional Topics Discussed: Reading Food Labels; Amount of Macronutrients needed (Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat) based on Goals; Amounts of Vitamins and minerals needed in Diet; Portion Control
  • Follow up to review diet and change as needed

Nutritional Counselling Plan – (Group) – $50 per person (3 to 5 people)(2 Thirty-minute sessions with Natalie)

Before meeting, Natalie will review Preliminary Assessments of each member of the group.

Sessions will include:

  • Discuss recommended caloric intake analysis based on current Ht, Wt, lifestyle habits. Review sample diets and meal building.
  • Build a diet that fits your needs.
  • Additional Topics Discussed: Reading Food Labels; Amount of Macronutrients needed (Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat) based on Goals; Amounts of Vitamins and minerals needed in Diet; Portion Control
  • Follow up to review diet and change as needed

Nutritional and Exercise Counselling Plan– $175 (3 Thirty-minute sessions with Natalie)

Before meeting, Natalie will review Preliminary Assessment

Sessions will include:

  • Discuss recommended caloric intake analysis based on current Ht, Wt, lifestyle and exercise habits. Review sample diets and meal building. Review and discuss various types of exercises needed to hit your goals.
  • Build Your Own Diet and Exercise Plan (fits your lifestyle)
  • Additional Topics Discussed: Reading Food Labels; Amount of Macronutrients needed (Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat) based on Goals; Amounts of Vitamins and minerals needed in Diet; Portion Control; lifestyle exercise
  • Follow up to review diet and change as needed

Family Meal Planning– $150 (2 Thirty-minute sessions with Natalie)

Before meeting, Natalie will review Preliminary Assessment and design a 2 week family meal plan based on your families nutritional and lifestyle needs.

  • Discuss dietary needs for each member of the family and challenges for meal planning with respect to schedules.
  • Discuss proposed family meal plan and change as needed to meet family’s needs and preferences.
  • Additional Topics Discussed: Easy recipes; Reading Food Labels; using leftovers, planning on a budget.
  • Follow up to review diet and change as needed

Individual Meal Planning– $150 (2 Thirty-minute sessions with Natalie)

Before meeting, Natalie will review Preliminary Assessment and design a 1 month individual meal plan based on your nutritional and lifestyle needs.

  • Discuss dietary needs and challenges for meal planning with respect to schedules.
  • Discuss proposed meal plan and change as needed to meet needs and preferences.
  • Additional Topics Discussed: Easy recipes; Reading Food Labels; using leftovers, planning on a budget.
  • Follow up to review diet and change as needed

Follow up with Natalie – $50 (30 -45 minute session )

Classes/ Trainings

Self Defense Classes – Starting at $40 per person 1-2 hour Self awareness/Self Defense class

  • Natalie will come to location of your choice.
  • You will learn self defense in an environment that you are comfortable in.
  • You will learn to be more aware of your surroundings.
  • Class will include self awareness discussion and teaching Self Defense moves.

Nutrition Education Trainings – $100 per hour

  •  Basic Nutrition Training/ Education for businesses or groups.
  • Presentation and topics discussed include: Reading Food Labels; Overview of Macronutrients (Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat); Amounts of Vitamins and minerals needed in Diet; Portion Control; lifestyle exercise; My Plate Eating
